Book an apartment by the end of September at a fixed rate for the entire academic year (through May 2027). The minimum rental period is 6 months.

• All-inclusive rate: utilities, cleaning twice a month, Wi-Fi, TV

– VALO Ramada, Comfort – 45,000 ₽
– VALO Business, Comfort – 46,000 ₽
– VALO Mercure, Comfort – 47,000 ₽
– VALO Network, Standard – 37,000 ₽

• deposit 20,000 ₽
• final cleaning: 3,500 ₽
• optional: bed linens for rent, changed once a week – 5,000 ₽

To receive the special rate, you must show your student ID or confirm your enrollment at an educational institution.
