Every Thursday in July, we invite you to join us for a morning workout set to your favorite songs. This light warm-up is suitable for participants of all fitness levels, will help you recharge your energy, and is simply a lot of fun.

We’ll be waiting for you from 11:00 to 11:40 on the complex’s main promenade, or — in case of rain — in the Network Hall conference room (at VALO Network, Section 8). Please wear comfortable, appropriate clothing. Admission is free, ages 0+.
