Commercial Property Lease Terms at VALO Are Fully Transparent:

  • Lease Term. We offer long-term partnerships, starting with a minimum lease term of 11 months, which ensures stability and planning for your business.

  • Utility Payments. To ensure transparency, all utility payments and metered charges are not included in the rental price and are paid separately. This allows you to control your expenses and pay only for the services actually used.

  • Lease Agreement via Management Company. You sign an official lease agreement for the commercial space with us, ensuring legal protection and clarity of all arrangements.
